Connect your apps to Tend

Tend works with the apps your business already uses, such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, QuickBooks, Stripe, Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, Notion, ClickUp and Asana. The steps are the same for each; below, Klaviyo is the example.

1. Join the early-access list. Go to heytend.me/login and enter your mobile number. Tend is invite-only while in early access, so your number is added to our early-users list.
2. Get approved. When we approve you, you receive a text message on that phone with a link that signs you in to Tend. The link works once and lasts 24 hours. From then on, you sign in with your phone number and a code we text you.
3. Connect Klaviyo, in either of two ways:
   • By text: text Tend “Connect my Klaviyo”. Tend replies with a secure link. Open it, sign in to Klaviyo on its own page, and click Allow. Tend carries on the conversation by itself once you are connected.
   • On the web: sign in at heytend.me with the same phone number, open Accounts, choose Klaviyo and click Connect. Sign in to Klaviyo and click Allow.
4. Check it is connected. heytend.me/integrations/klaviyo shows Connected, with a Disconnect button if you ever want to remove it.
5. Ask Tend. By text or on the web, ask in plain English for what you need from Klaviyo. Tend asks you before it changes or sends anything.

For another app, use its name instead: text “Connect my HubSpot”, or open heytend.me/integrations/app-name, for example heytend.me/integrations/hubspot.
